Set of cards for an ORGANIZATION

Namaste, welcome to my blog and it’s time for new challenge at HLS blog for dies. The theme is anything goes with dies. More details click here

I came across an organization run by a couple who collects handmade cards for hospitals, patients and healthcare workers. I felt so happy to know because being a reason for someone’s smile is so precious that too when you don’t know the person. If you want to know more about them click here.

So keeping in mind this need I made set of birthday cards. I used Altenew dies, I specially wanted to use the U die. It’s so big that it covers the card panel and you don’t need anything much.

I used die cut inlay and monogram technique for the card set. Here are my cards.

I actually used every bit of the backgrounds I created. Positive and negative of the die cuts are used. I could stretch them even more but held myself. May be next time again.

Is there any personal favourite from this set? Let me know in comments.

Happy little stampers – Water colour challenge

Namaste everyone..

Welcome to 2021, wishing and praying the world will be a better place for all. I am happy to share that I will be joining Happy little stampers Water colour challenge team for this term. And our first challenge is here and its everyone’s favorite ANYTHING GOES with water colours.

I am doing something different for this year on my blog so visit me again on 7th for more details on that.

Now coming to today’s card.

I made a simple card with Paper trey ink stamp set, i gold heat embossed images on strathmore water colour paper and coloured with brustro travel water colour pan set. I fussy cut flowers and leaves. The background is made with black ink pad which was smeared on the card base directly.

I arranged flowers over it and sentiment comes from Simon says stamp.

Close up

Thank you for visiting. Visit me again on 7th to know about whats something new I am planning and share your opinion.
