Mini album – Gate fold

Hi,..

Its been a while i was not posting anything here, so today I am with a mini album.
I am loving making mini albums now a days as they keep me busy for longer time and also they use up more pattern papers which I am hoarding from long time.
Its a gate fold mini album. It has 6 flaps and each flap can hold upto 4 photos and has a tag for journal-ling.

Made the belly band and decorated with hand made flower.

Mini Album with a Gift box

Hi..

This mini-album and matching box I made for a friend for her wedding from all my friends.

I used Papericious Grey bloom paper pack for the entire project

Gift box – Made flowers with HC stamp. Stamped – fussy cut flowers – applied distress ink for shading – shaped petals – arranged. Used martha stewert punch to make a strip of lace, heat embossed sentiment on vellum – fussy cut it. 

For the gift box and for album used papericious grey bloom paper pack, its a gate fold album.

First page has a MDF cutout sentiment, which i coloured with Viva decor Inka gold. Tied an organza ribbon an accent and to keep the pages closed.

The album opens like a book (accordian). There is plenty of room for photos and journalling. There are pockets at every fold.

 The album consists of total 12 tags. I embellished each tag with smaller flower image. I just adhered plain/flat flower at the top.

Felt like putting few dew drops on flower petals.

Mini album – ICR guest designer (March)

Friends…

I am truly honoured to be guest designing for ICR for the month of March.

Here I am with a mini album to share with you all.

 Theme of the month was 3D project with flowers but NO CARDS, which took my breath away .

I have not tried anything other than cards till now. So tried mini album. Its an album with two sleets of 12*12 card stack. I decorated it with Papericious – Grey Bloom paper pack. I used mixed stamps to make flowers and the sentiment embellishment.

Sunburst Mini Album

Hi… Friends… 

This is my post for this week… Its a mini album… With this I am attaching a link from where i got inspired… Hope you all like it… 

I made it few days back on request of a friend for his friend. Its accordion (I think so) style album. Sorry if it’s not because I just make whatever I like without knowledge of terms.  

I used black, cream and khaki colour card stocks. It is 18cm x 10cm album. I made the rim or the mechanism to hold tags with khaki and cream colour card stock and distressed them lightly. The outer cover was made with chip board and covered it with black card stock, then glued the tag holder to it and kept aside to dry.

I cut 12 pieces of 16×8.5cm for tags. As i don’t have tag die i used lawn fawn circle die to cut top portion of paper to keep it uniform, then distressed with distress ink. For added interest i dry embossed the lower portion of the tag with sizzix ‘thank you’ embossing folder.

I used sentiments from Penny Black, stamped them with memento ink and cut them out, distressed with distress ink and added a coat of clear UTEE. Flowers are from SSS Summer garden, stamped, cut and distressed the flowers, after drying applied a coat of ranger coracle paint and sprinkled rock candy glitter to the centre.

The sentiments were popped with foam tape and flowers were glued at the top of tags.

The outer cover was embellished with heat embossed heart image from hero arts. The closure was kept simple with a thread and a small butterfly.

Made one black tag to paste a photo of the couple.
